Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Eligibility

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment for counselling sessions must be made in advance through our approved payment methods.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full session fee.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
Refunds will be provided only under exceptional circumstances (e.g., website technical difficulties preventing the session) and are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Session Cancellation Policies

Client-Initiated Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full session.
Therapist-Initiated Cancellations: If we need to cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency), we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, you may reschedule the session at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late for a session, the session may be shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of the therapist.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
