Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their session.

• Late Cancellation: Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will incur a full charge. This includes no-shows or late arrivals.

• Rescheduling: If you cancel within the 24-hour window, the session cannot be rescheduled without incurring the full fee. We recommend giving as much notice as possible to avoid this.

• Emergency Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or emergency, we may waive this fee at our discretion. Please inform us as soon as possible.
