My Journey to Understanding Why Mental Health Matters

Mental health has become an essential topic in our society today, and it's easy to see why. After facing my own struggles with mental well-being, I embarked on a journey that transformed my understanding significantly. This post is a reflection of my experiences, aimed at helping others appreciate the profound significance of mental health.


The Beginning of My Journey


Initially, I viewed mental health as something only individuals with severe issues had to consider. Growing up, phrases like "toughen up" and "just get over it" surrounded me. It wasn’t until I faced my own emotional turmoil that my limited perspective began to change.
